Expungement Clinic and Resource Fair

The purpose of the expungement clinic and resource fair is to help people overcome barriers to housing, employment, and education.

In addition, to learn about the various assistance programs and resources available throughout the City of Cedar Rapids and Linn County.

Expungement of Eligible Iowa Records

Meet with Iowa Legal Aid representatives to potentially clear your Iowa criminal record, free of charge. Appointments are required for this service and must be made by April 22.

Job and Resource Fair

Visit the resource fair to connect with resources and service providers who offer housing, food, healthcare, education, and financial assistance.

The job fair includes employers that hire individuals with criminal records. The public is welcome and previously incarcerated individuals are highly encouraged to attend.

No appointment is necessary to visit the job and resource fair.

Kids Care

Kids care is available from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the Expungement Clinic and Resource Fair. Please fill out the kids care request form if you are interested in this service.

Transportation

Transportation service is available to and from the clinic. Please fill our the transportation request form to request a ride.
